Exercise,Nutrition and Health

Human that live in a good health are the greatest gift from God. In order to get healthy life,we cannot just hoping from God but we must take care of our health as the best that we can.
In order to get the good health,there are many things that we should do. Excercise is the most important things that we must do besides healthy eating.
We must do the excercise at least three times per week for about 20 minutes each session. Excercising will produce endorphins;a type of chemical inside our body that lead a person to feel peaceful and happy. This mean that if we are understress,we should do some excercises to get the tranquility and reduce our stress.

Excercise will help someone to have a better sleep. If a person has problem with sleeping,excercise is the best way to solve it. In addition,we will look better and younger than our old if we do excercises. These can happen because when doing excercises,the calories in our bodies are burnt and we will get a healthy weight. Excercises can overcome osteoporosis as we get older and help a person age well.
Indeed,excercising can decrease the risk of developing certain diseases such as diabetes,high blood pressure and heart attack. So,we must do excercises in order to avoid from being a victim of dangerous diseases.
As the conclusion,excercises are very crucial for us to get a healthy body and also a healthy life.
